Cons of Beletage (Julian & Agatha)

Cons: - Due to the two floors allocated to communal usage, there will be less space for private rooms and plus rooms because a whole floor goes lost. - The upper floors will be quite crowded due to there having to be four or three rooms per floor. - The lift drops one directly into the private room area affectin the privacy of the people living there.
